Dr. William H. Brown, M.D.
Dr. William H. Brown, III has received his medical degree from St. Louis Medical School. Dr. Brown has been practicing over twenty years and he is Board Certified in Surgery and General Vascular Surgery. He became interested in lasers initially to aid in the treatment of varicose veins. Over the years he has treated over 20,000 patients. Dr. Brown is dedicated to deliver the highest quality of care possible.

Donna Bierut, R.N., Aesthetic Nurse
Donna Bierut is a multi-faceted nurse with a natural talent for aesthetics. She graduated from Ohlone College with an ASN and attended Samuel Merritt College and St. Mary's College to obtain her BSN.

For the past five years, she has had a successful practice as an aesthetic nurse. Highly trained and certified, her knowledge and experience has led her into the most progressive laser techniques and current skin care products. She treats an average of 30 patients weekly at Fremont Laser and Skin Care. She helps her patients accomplish their goals by creating and following through with a customized regimen.

Carolyn Selbicky, R.N., D.N.C.
Carolyn Selbicky is a registered nurse and is Certified in Dermatology. She is one of the most experienced Laser Nurses in California and has personally treated over 20,000 patients. Carolyn is also certified to train laser nurses and has trained many of the nurses in the Bay Area. During her 35 years in dermatology field, she has served as President of the California Dermatology Nurse Association and head nurse of the Dermatology Department at the Hayward-Union City Kaiser Permanente Hospital. Ms. Selbicky is well regarded by her colleagues for her strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as her meticulous attention to service and details.
