About Our Practice
At About Face Medical Aesthetics @ Vein Specialists Institute all our treatments are safe, effective and comfortable. Dr. Jesser regularly performs the EVLT procedure to correct the more severe manifestations of varicose veins disease, and is an expert at sclerotherapy injection treatments used to eliminate unwanted spider veins and varicose veins of the legs, hands, face and body. He also has a particular interest and experience in addressing the common cosmetic problems of the skin, including complexion, texture, volume loss, wrinkles, acne, acne scarring and unwanted body fat. We strive to achieve the maximum achievable effects with little or no downtime.

Yvette Ortiz, Dr. Jesser’s registered nurse for 5 years provides laser hair removal for face and body. As a former trainer for Syneron she also provides fotofacials and laser treatments as well as cosmetic fillers. We also have 3 world class aestheticians who customize skin treatments to promote healthy vibrant skin as well as deep tissue massages.
