Dr. Richard Nolan is a board certified orthopedic surgeon who has practiced in the East Bay for 30 years with offices in Hayward and Alameda. Now specializing in aesthetic medicine, Dr. Nolan is certified in laser treatments, tattoo removal, sclerotherapy, BOTOXâ„¢ and dermal fillers. Dr. Nolan is a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery.

Dr. Marina Bulatov, a board certified physical medicine and rehabilitation doctor, has practiced in the East Bay since 1999. Also a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery, Dr. Bulatov specializes in laser treatments including hair removal and laser skin rejuvenation, BOTOXâ„¢ and dermal fillers.

Melinda Harris is our esthician who graduated from the DeLoux School of Cosmetology and Aesthetics. Melinda offers a full facial menu but specializes in chemical peels, microdermabrasion, product coaching and skin analysis

Laser Hair Removal

Laser Tattoo Removal

With the rising popularity of tattoos, there has been a rise in the number of people who wish to have their tattoos removed. Laser tattoo removal can provide a solution. The versatile MedLite® laser can reliably remove dark ink and red ink tattoos, as well as the increasingly common green and sky blue ink.
