OUR Hair Removal
Hair Removal has become one of the most popular elective aesthetic procedures done in the United States over the past several years. Technology has grown as such to now allow painless procedures that are very effective. Current technology uses laser wavelength technology, and in some instances, coupled with radiofrequency.

Hair grows in a sequential pattern over time, thus making the need for regular scheduled treatment intervals for hair removal to be most effective. Before and after pictures will be taken to show how effective the series of procedures has been. It is safe to treat most patients with the laser technology, and limitations are minimal, but would have to be addressed and discussed individually with the physician. Removing unwanted hair in certain areas can prove to give much more confidence, as well as easing the day-to-day maintenance of your skin.

General Procedure:
Laser Hair Removal involves the use of a laser machine that is used on the surface of the skin. Prior to the procedure, the skin is prepared with a layer of laser gel. The patient as well as the provider wears protective eye glasses. The procedure is relatively painless, but may feel a small pinch at each delivery of light energy. There are several effective means of minimizing any discomfort during the treatment which will be addressed with you during your consultation. The procedure time can be as short as 10-15 min to about an hour depending on the size of area being treated. After the treatment is finished, the gel is removed, and post laser lotion is provided to treat the skin. Conveniently, there is no down time.
